Xploreum is a platform for outdoor and adventure travel. Xplorers plan and take trips with Xavier. Thrillmasters list and lead trips. Xperts are the local guides, outfitters, and providers who help. The documents below set out what each side agrees to. These are the versions in force, and each one shows the date it last changed.
Which document applies to you
If you are planning and taking trips
Start with the Xplorer Terms and Conditions. They are the agreement between you and us. The Payment Terms explain charges, refunds, and disputes. The Adventure Safety Guidelines list what to check and carry before you go.
If you are leading trips as a Thrillmaster
The Thrillmaster Terms and Conditions cover how you list and run trips with us. The Thrillmaster Code of Conduct sets the standards we expect from every trip leader.
How your data and your content are handled
The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and why. The Cookie Policy covers cookies and similar tools. The Content Ownership and Licensing Policy explains who holds the rights to what you post or capture.
What is expected of everyone
The Acceptable Use Policy lists what you may not post or do. The Editorial Standards explain how we research, check, and correct the articles on this site.
